Our service charge is $17.50 (as of 1-1-2024) and water charge (as of 1-1-2024) is $7.25 per thousand gallons. Our Meter Installs/Benefits are $4400 for a 3/4" meter and $6600 for a 1" meter.

Pay by credit card, debit card, or check online. A minimum convenience fee of 0.25% applies to all online payments. Please put your ACCOUNT # in Details Box on the main screen.
Pay in Person
Drop off your payment at Capitol Federal, 3310 SE 29th, or to our office at 3260 SE Tecumseh Road.

Mail your payment to P.O. Box 95, Tecumseh, KS 66542
Use Auto-pay
Download our ACH Auto-pay form and mail it back filled out with a voided check. ACH withdraws on the 10th of each month.
